  • 天使AN：离地铁站步行约15分钟，大堂很气派，门口公交车也比较多，可以去木渎古镇，市区各景点。 总体感觉中规中矩，房间很宽敞整洁，也比较安静，硬件优秀，软件值得再次回炉培训。 早餐品种中西式，品质和餐厅服务员的微笑服务还需提高。另外，为什么餐厅的厨师和服务员可以在客人用餐时间内自己打个面，煎个荷包蛋，或者倒杯咖啡给自己呢，难道是开工太早没来得及吃早饭吗。 另外，作为星级酒店，前台无法与外宾进行英语交流，只能手语或接住翻译软件，这种情况实在让人难以接受。
